Returns can be uploaded to our cloud-based warehouse management system by you or your call center. Upon receiving a return, we'll inspect the product and determine if it can be repackaged and put back into inventory. Returned-to-inventory items are immediately reflected in your real-time reporting, so your product levels are always accurate. Items that are unable to return to inventory are immediately quarantined by our receiving team, and are also reflected in your real-time reporting.
